The Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) requires that certain information be disclosed to Members of the Association annually. This information is provided pursuant to Colorado’s Common Interest Ownership Act, C.R.S. section 38-33.3-209.4:
1. Association’s Name: “The Diamondtooth Building Condominium Association, Inc” (hereinafter “Diamondtooth”)
2. Common interest community’s name: “Diamondtooth Building Condominiums”
3. 4. Diamondtooth employs a property management company named SilverStar Inns, LLC.

The initial General Declaration for Diamondtooth Condominiums was recorded August 16, 1994, at Reception No. 294012 in the records of the San Miguel County, Colorado – Clerk and Recorder and has since been supplemented (“Declaration”). Copies of the Declaration and further supplements thereto, as well as the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and any additional rules, regulations and responsible governance policies of Diamondtooth (“Governing Documents”) may be obtained from SilverStar property Management or from this web site (contact information above).
6. Diamondtooth’s fiscal year commences on January 1
7. Diamondtooth’s Quarterly assessment rates for 2024 may be obtained from SilverStar Property Management (contact information above).
8. Diamondtooth’s annual budget, financial statements, and audits, if any, may be obtained from SilverStar Property Management (contact information above) or this web site.
9. Diamondtooth carries the following insurance: Residential Community Association Policy, Umbrella Policy, Earthquake Insurance, and Directors & Officers Policy. Copies of Diamondtooth’s insurance policies are available and may be obtained from SilverStar Property Management (contact information above).
10. Diamondtooth’s previous annual meeting minutes were approved at the March 14, 2024 annual meeting and provided to owners in that annual meeting packet.
